Can I custom order a hairbow? TOP
Yes! You may customize any design you see in our gallery. If you have a special design in mind, please email me and I will do my best to create exactly what you want!
What Types of Payment do you accept? TOP
I accept Paypal on all transactions. Paypal works with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. It can also be linked to your bank account for use with your debit card. If you don't have an account, it is absolutely free to create one! I will also accept Postal Money orders and checks, however, orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Also Visa or mastercard.
When can I expect my order to arrive? TOP
Please allow two weeks for shipping. All orders are custom made and will take time to create. In certain cases shipping may be delayed due to backordered ribbon . If your ribbon choice is on backorder, I will inform you via email.

If you need you hairbow quickly, for a special occasion, I can expedite delivery in certain circumstances. Please email me to discuss it.
Are Sassy Katelyn Hairbows safe for my child? TOP
All of our hairbows are made using ribbon that our suppliers guarantee to be lead free. Please be aware that hairbows may contain small parts that may present a choking hazard. Please exercise caution and common sense with our hairbows.

Our hairbows are created usng a 1.75" metal double prong alligator clip, Barrette, Snap Clip, and grosgrain ribbon

Since all orders are custom made, no refunds or returns are accepted. All orders will be accompanied by an invoice detailing your order. If you feel that an error has been made, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you to find a solution.
